He graduated as Certificated Tax Expert in 2016 and has been an active member of EXPERTSuisse since that year. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and is registered as a certified public accountant in the Canton of Ticino.
He actively collaborates with professional associations and educational institutions as a speaker and author of specialized articles.
He gained his professional experience working for 12 years with KPMG in Lugano and Zurich and dealing with national and international tax advice to legal entities and individuals.
His field of activity includes in particular the assistance in extraordinary transactions (M&A), in corporate reorganizations and restructurings, and the advice in the area of tax planning for individuals, including the transfer of domicile in Switzerland or abroad and estate planning.
He has been active in Fiduciaria Antonini as Director since January 2024, dealing mainly with domestic and international tax advice to legal entities and individuals.
